At Hyperlite Mountain Gear, we stand by the quality of our ultralight equipment and offer a 30-day return window for items in new, unused condition with original packaging. If your gear isn't the perfect fit for your next adventure, we are committed to making the exchange or refund process as seamless as possible.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your gear in its original shipping box and include all original tags and documentation to ensure a full refund.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
